Kafunta during the green season.

Dear All,

For all of you that have always wondered what Kafunta looks like during
the peak of the rains here are some pictures from the front of the
Bar/Restaurant looking down River.

This was taken in early January, all though normally the water level only
gets this high in February/March we did have a lot of rain in November/December. The water was high for about one week and as it has not rained for about 16 days now it has dropped again.

This is a very different time in the Bush and the lush green landscape
with brilliant colors and blue skies.

I just wanted to share this with you and hope you will have the chance to
experience this time of the year for yourselves.
